I haven’t attempted to freeze, but it stays good for a few days in the fridge.

I grew up with this recipe and so glad to have found it on here! This makes a large amount so I was wondering if I could try marinating the vegetables with French dressing? I think I’m gonna give it a try.

If you serve at event like that, I’d serve it with a slotted spoon. That way you’d get all the flavor without too much juice. Sara
