The ribs themselves were very tender and good. However, there was so much grease from the pork fat in the “sauce” no amount of cooking would have gotten rid of it. Luckily, I had plenty of extra store bought BBQ sauce to serve them with, but what was left in my dutch oven after removing the ribs was inedible.

This recipe was amazing!
I’ll definitely make this again!
I changed the sauce slightly, I added some Heinz 57 to the ketchup mixture.
I used smoked paprika, instead of regular.
