I left out the mushrooms. We both enjoyed it very much. I’ve never been much of a fan of this dish but look forward to making it again for her. I’m also not much of a cook so it was an added bonus to watch my mother really enjoy a receipe I was able to follow and not somehow screw it up like i normally do. Thank you very much for taking the time to post the receipe.
