Added a teaspoon of dry cowboy coffee rub to sauce, was subtle but good.

Thank you, as my husband said “That’s a keeper, really moist”. I too am not a fan of chunks and the blended tip made mixing into the meat and oats so much easier. Don’t know why I never thought of using my cast iron, it had a lovely crispy bottom. Meatloaf recipes come and go but this one I printed and put in my binder of “Keepers’”.
