I haven’t tried it but what doesn’t brown sugar make taste better? It would change the flavor some since you’d get the molasses taste from the brown sugar, but if brown sugar sounds good–give it a try. Sara

In reply to Kim Turlington. I think so. You could use that amount in place of some of the sugar. You won't have as much control over the amount of cinnamon. If you need more you can add it. But if it is too much you can't subtract it. But I never measure the cinnamon myself, so it should be fine. Sara
