Notes

We always made these with Canadian Whiskey, usually Canadian Club or Canadian Mist. This is a family recipe, and this is how the family made it. It always tasted good with these labels. I cannot vouch for any other type of whiskey, though your favorite bourbon or rye may work fine.
To make this batch, I used Canadian Club and a pint only cost $6.99. That was enough for about three batches, so it’s an economical recipe for a group gathering.
I made it for a recent pool party and everyone that tried a cup really liked it. With all the orange juice it almost tasted healthy.
Since it is alcoholic, always serve and drink responsibly my friends.
