Notes
My friend who gave me the recipe insisted that it had to be made with Miracle Whip for the taste to be right. I've seen similar recipes that use mayonnaise. I had Miracle Whip in the refrigerator so I used that. The recipe also calls for green onions. I have made it using chopped sweet onions and that tasted really good as well.My version of the recipe doesn't call for any additional seasoning. But I have seen similar dips with the addition of a small amount of nutmeg and/or pepper.Nutrition values are an estimate.
