This fluffy, creamy Grasshopper Pie is a vintage-inspired no-bake dessert with minty filling, a chocolate crust, and Oreo topping, made alcohol-free for everyone to enjoy.
Beat together the pudding mix, marshmallow creme, and milk until smooth.
Mix in the mint extract and a green food coloring until you have your desired shade. The color will lighten up a bit when you add the Cool Whip.
Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until well combined.
Scoop the pudding mixture into the pie crust, smoothing with a spatula.
Top with crushed Oreo cookies (as much as you like)
Chill in freezer until fully set.

Nutrition information is provided as an estimate only and does not include any toppings.Prep Tips:
Mint extract replaces crème de menthe; not the same as peppermint extract (use half if substituting). While mint extract is made with alcohol as a carrier, the amount is generally considered negligible.
Use milk, cream, coffee creamer, or plant-based milk for the pudding.
Store in freezer up to 2 weeks (or 2 months tightly wrapped); add Oreos before serving and warm knife/spatula under hot water for easier slicing.
