Ingredients

Pie Ingredients

  • 2 9-inch Oreo pie crusts or chocolate
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4oz size
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mint extract NOT peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 3-4 drops Green food coloring can use plant based
  • 8 oz whipped topping such as Cool Whip
  • Crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  • Beat together the pudding mix, marshmallow creme, and milk until smooth.
  • Mix in the mint extract and a green food coloring until you have your desired shade. The color will lighten up a bit when you add the Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until well combined.
  • Scoop the pudding mixture into the pie crust, smoothing with a spatula.
  • Top with crushed Oreo cookies (as much as you like)
  • Chill in freezer until fully set.
