- 14.75 oz canned salmon no skin
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Stir together until well combined.
Form into patties, about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick and 3 inches in diameter. We got 6 patties.
Cook in a large skillet over medium heat, using 1-2 Tablespoons of oil to grease the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, so that the patties browned to your desired doneness.
