Notes
Nutrition information is an estimate only.Graham crackers. Growing up, as far as I knew there was only one brand and if I was making s’mores over the fire, that’s what I would use. I bought a store brand and they worked fine. Because this cake sits in the refrigerator for a few hours, the crackers get soft and blend with the rest of the ingredients. Mine fit pretty well out of the package but you can break them and fit them however you want.Chocolate. Use any chocolate bar you want. I used a dark chocolate for a more dramatic look. I used a box grater to grate about 1/2 cup and used about 2 ounces.Marshmallow - Either marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme can be used.
