refried beans

cup
mashed avocados with lemon juice
or guacamole
1/4
cup
sour cream
1/4
cup
mayonaise
1/2
packet
dry taco seasoning
or 1TB homemade taco seasoning
8
ounces
grated cheddar cheese
3
tomatoes
chopped
1
small can
sliced black olives
4
stalks
green onions
sliced
Instructions
Line the bottom of your dish with the refried beans. I mashed them up in a bowl before spreading them in the dish.
Layer with your mashed avocados and lemon, guacamole, or prepared avocados.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with half a package of taco seasoning. Spread over the avocado layer.
Spread about 8 ounces of grated cheese over the avocado layer.
Dice three tomatoes and leave the gooey part behind when you add it to the dish.
Drain the black olives and add to the dish.
Finish with the sliced green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips of your choice!
