Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup mashed avocados with lemon juice or guacamole
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 packet dry taco seasoning or 1TB homemade taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 4 stalks green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Line the bottom of your dish with the refried beans. I mashed them up in a bowl before spreading them in the dish.
  • Layer with your mashed avocados and lemon, guacamole, or prepared avocados.
  • Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with half a package of taco seasoning. Spread over the avocado layer.
  • Spread about 8 ounces of grated cheese over the avocado layer.
  • Dice three tomatoes and leave the gooey part behind when you add it to the dish.

  • Drain the black olives and add to the dish.
  • Finish with the sliced green onions.
  • Serve with tortilla chips of your choice!
